We respect YouTube's content controls and embedding permissions. All embedding is handled in accordance with YouTube's platform policies.

For YouTube Channel Owners
Important:
YouTube controls embedding permissions for all videos. We respect YouTube's platform controls and embedding permissions automatically.
Contacting us will NOT remove content that YouTube allows to be embedded. We are not responsible for content you make publicly available on YouTube. YouTube controls embedding permissions, not us.

Required Elements of a Valid DMCA Notice
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following elements:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works
- Identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail to permit location (specific URLs)
- Contact information including address, telephone number, and email address
- Good faith statement that the complaining party believes the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Important: Incomplete notices that do not include all required elements will not be processed. We only process DMCA notices for content we actually host (website design and code). We do not host video content - all videos are embedded from YouTube.

Please note: We only host our own website design and code. All video content is embedded from YouTube. For YouTube content issues, contact YouTube directly through their copyright reporting system.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A valid counter-notification must include the following elements:

- Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.
Warning: Filing a false counter-notification is a violation of federal law and may result in liability for damages including costs and attorney fees.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to:
- Terminate access to our service for users who repeatedly infringe copyright
- Block access to our service from IP addresses associated with repeat infringement
- Take other appropriate action as necessary to prevent repeat infringement
We consider multiple valid DMCA notices regarding the same user or IP address as evidence of repeat infringement. However, we will not terminate accounts based solely on unsubstantiated or false claims.
